Male: unknown.
Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.84mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.79mm (CPD).
Head dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak brassy sheen; frontovertex generally metallic dark green, area between posterior ocelli and occipital margin coppery; area above scrobes coppery; scrobal area coppery to coppery purple; temple and gena relatively dull with a very slight brassy sheen; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle dark brown; scape dark brown with extreme apex yellow; pedicel and funicle yellow, base of pedicel and F1-F5 slightly dusky; clava pale brown, distal part of basal segment slightly paler; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum with a weak coppery purple and brassy sheen; mesoscutum virtually matt with a very weak coppery purple sheen; tegula dark purple-brown with a weak brassy sheen; axilla with a weak coppery purple and brassy sheen; scutellum dorsally similar to mesoscutum, extreme side and apex shining and slightly brassy; mesopleuron with a moderate purple and brassy sheen; fore coxa very pale yellow; fore femur very pale yellow, tibia very pale yellow, with indication of a very faint, interrupted, pale brown, subbasal ring, tarsus pale orange with apical tarsomere slightly dusky; mid coxa dark brown; mid femur white in proximal 0.5X, a broad, dark brown subapical band, extreme apex white, tibia white to very pale orange and a narrow, subbasal dark, brown band, spur and tarsus very pale orange; hind coxa dark brown; hind femur with proximal 0.25X white, extreme apex white, otherwise dark brown, tibia white at extreme base, a narrow, subbasal, brown band, otherwise very pale orange, tarsus very pale orange, apical tarsomere slightly dusky; wings hyaline; propodeum dark brown with a weak brassy and purple sheen; gaster dark purple-brown, dorsally with a coppery purple sheen, proximal part of Gt1 with a distinct pale orange area medially, side and venter with coppery, blue, brassy and green reflections; gonostylus dark brown.
Head about 2.2X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.3X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 80° with that of face; occipital margin more or less sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 90°; frontovertex hardly widening in front of anterior ocellus, with distinct polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size a little larger than eye facet, shallower above top of scrobes; temple and gena with relatively shallow, longitudinally elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with shallow, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally rounded; antenna as in Fig. 219; scape very slightly broadened and flattened, about 2.9X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F5 small, subequal and slightly transverse, F6 conspicuously larger but also slightly transverse; clava moderately slender, about 3.5X as long as broad, about 1.6X as wide as F6, not downcurved ventrally, about as long as pedicel and funicle combined, sutures parallel, sensory area relatively small, at apex only giving it a rounded or weak obliquely truncate appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with sparse, short inconspicuous setae, each not longer than diameter of facet; malar sulcus present, but very shallow and indistinct; clypeal margin evenly very slightly concave. Relative measurements: HW 42.5, HH 32, FV 19, POL 10, OOL 1.5, OCL 3.5, AOL 7, EL 23, EW 21, MS 14, SL 19, SW 6.5.
Thorax ( Fig. 220) with pronotum hardly exposed behind head, its posterior margin broadly concave, not angular medially; pronotum with polygonally reticulate sculpture that is about as deep as that in ocellar area, and of similar mesh; mesoscutum with very fine, longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate to striate-reticulate sculpture that is very slightly deeper than that on pronotum and quite silky in appearance; axilla with similar sculpture to pronotum, but slightly more transversely elongate; scutellum dorsally with very similar sculpture to mesoscutum, extreme side and apex completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.9X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.25X as broad as long, apex with a pair of slender, elongate setae; mid basitarsus with 3 or 4 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur about as long as basitarsus; hind femur about 3.6X as long as broad; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 221, 222; propodeum ( Fig. 220) medially about 0.07X as long as scutellum.
