Material examined. 1 male (15.4 x 10.2 mm) ( DABFUK), Kavaratti, 13 October 2014. Remarks. A new record for Lakshadweep. Previously recorded from Tamil Nadu (Henderson 1893; Alcock 1894); Andaman and Nicobar Islands ( Alcock 1898; Dev Roy & Nandi 2012) .
