Material examined. 1 male (9.3 x 6.0 mm) ( DABFUK), Minicoy, 30 December 2012 ; 2 males (8.8 x 5.5 mm, 16.0 x 10.3 mm) ( DABFUK), Kavaratti, 8 January 2013 ; 1 male (7.3 x 4.3 mm) ( DABFUK), Kalpeni, 28 October 2013 ; 2 females (13.7 x 8.9 mm, 14.9 x 9.4 mm) ( DABFUK), Androth, 9 November 2013 ; 1 female (11.7 x 7.5 mm), 1 ovigerous female (11.9 x 7.7 mm) ( DABFUK), Agatti, 8 January 2014 ; 2 males (9.2 x 5.8 mm, 11.1 7.2 mm) ( DABFUK), Kilton, 20 October 2014 .

Remarks. Previously recorded from Lakshadweep by Rao et al. (1989). This species was also seen at Chetlet, Bitra, Amini and Kadamat but material was not collected.
