Diagnosis: Lower calypter with linear structure; hind coxa posteroventrally without setae, hind femur without pv in distal part, hind tibia usually with 1 seta on each surface (including av, ad, pd or pv surface); adult body usually small, about 5 mm.

Distribution: Palaearctic, Nearctic, and Oriental regions.
