Type host: Streptopelia decaocto decaocto (Frivaldszky) .

Type locality: Faisalabad [as Lyallpur, Punjab], Pakistan .

Type material: Holotype female (labelled as “ TYPE ”) and allotype male deposited in the NHML [slide NHML010657240 View Materials ].
