Type host: Urocissa flavirostris flavirostris (Blyth) .

Type locality: Kullu [as Kulu], India .

Type material: Holotype female (labelled as “ TYPE ”) deposited in the NHML [slide NHML010661918 View Materials ]. Two paratype males also in the NHML [slides NHML010661919–20 View Materials ].
