Myrsidea chilchil Ansari, 1951: 181 , figs 21a–g.
Current status: Myrsidea chilchil Ansari, 1951 .
Type host: Argya caudata caudata (Dumont) = Turdoides caudatus (Dumont) .
Type locality: Faisalabad [as Lyallpur, Punjab], Pakistan .
Type material: Holotype female (labelled as “ TYPE ”) deposited in the NHML [slide NHML010661558 View Materials ]. In addition, there are three other slides, each labelled as “ PARATYPE ”, containing two males and one female [slides NHML010661559 View Materials , NHML010661561 View Materials and NHML010661563 View Materials respectively]. However, Ansari (1951: 153) listed only one male allotype and one female paratype. Obviously, one of the above males is not a paratype, but it is not possible to ascertain which one.
