Type host: Psittacula eupatria nipalensis (Hodgson) .

Type locality: Faisalabad [as Lyallpur, Punjab], Pakistan .

Type material: Holotype female, allotype male and two paratypes [slide NHML010679217 View Materials ], and six paratypes, males and females [slides NHML010679220–22 View Materials ], all deposited in the NHML.
