TYPE LOCALITY: China, N.W. Kansu, Nan Shan, Shargol-Dzhin .

DISTRIBUTION: N.W. and N.C. China; Mongolia and adjacent U.S. S.R.; north of Lake Balkhash ( Kazakhstan, U.S. S.R.).

COMMENT: Gromov and Baranova, 1981: 114, suggested that the Kazakstan population may be a separate species.
