First medial abscissa ((RS+M)a) slightly sinuate. Recurrent vein (mcu) 6.5–12.0 times longer than second abscissa of medial vein ((RS+M)b), 1.1–1.2 times longer than first radiomedial vein (2RS). Mediocubital vein (M+CU) slightly sinuate. Nervulus (1cu-a) postfurcal, distance between basal (M) vein and nervulus (1cu-a) about half nervulus (1cu-a) length. Brachial (first subdiscal) cell about 4.0 times longer than its maximum width. Hind wing 4.8–5.1 times longer than maximum width. First abscissa of mediocubital vein (M+CU) 0.45–0.50 times as long as second abscissa (M). Recurrent vein (m-cu) slightly postfurcal or interstitial.

Legs. Hind coxa 1.2–1.4 times longer than wide, about as long as propodeum. Hind femur 3.4–3.8 times longer than wide. Hind tarsus 1.10–1.15 times longer than hind tibia. Second segment of hind tarsus 0.4 times as long as basitarsus, 3.3–3.5 times longer than fourth segment, 1.7–1.9 times longer than fifth segment (without pretarsus).

Metasoma 1.3–1.5 times longer than head and mesosoma combined. First tergite distinctly convex dorsally (lateral view), distinctly and almost linearly widened from base to apex (dorsal view). First tergite 0.6–0.7 times as long as its apical width, 0.8–1.0 times as long as propodeum; maximum width of tergite 1.8–1.9 times its minimum width. Suture between first and second tergites rather deep. Median length of second tergite 0.75–0.80 times its basal width, 1.7–1.8 times length of third tergite. Ovipositor sheath 1.2–1.5 times longer than metasoma, 2.5–2.8 times longer than mesosoma, 1.0–1.2 times as long as fore wing.

Sculpture and pubescence. Vertex mainly smooth, finely striate laterally of posterior ocelli; frons entirely rugose or rugulose, with curved striae before anterior ocellus.
