Caraiboscia sp.

Material. One incomplete male, four females, maximum body length 4.5 mm: Trinidad, Navet Dam Lake , leg. H. J. Just.

Remarks. The material from Trinidad may belong to the same species as the Venezuelan material, but because the male is damaged and in particular pleopods 1 and 2 are incomplete, the speci®c ascription shall not be made. There is evidence for conspeci®ty since the distribution of C. christiani includes the PenõÂnsula de Paria, no more than 50 km from the shores of Trinidad.
