This species was previously recorded from Ziéla, Guinean Nimba ( Fahr, 2013 d). A single specimen was also recorded during this survey on the Guinean side ( Denys et al., 2013). These two specimens (MNHN 1985-1143 and MNHN 2015-1357) were re-examined here. Greatest skull lengths were 17.4 mm and 18.2 mm, fitting the description of this species ( Fahr, 2013 d).
