Nycteris hispida (Schreber, 1775) View in CoL

This species was previously recorded from Zouguépo, Guinean Nimba ( Aellen, 1963). During this survey, it was recorded sparsely in open savanna on the Liberian side of the mountain. This species was easily identifiable by its trifid upper incisors and short ears (21 mm in DM 12611).
