Material: ITALY: 1♂, 1927, Basilicata, Potenza prov., San Fele ( HNHM) . 1♂, 3♀♀, 05.VI.1976, Sicile, Feromina moste leg. Curti ( MHNG) . TUNISIA: 1♂ , Tunis, coll. J. Fodor ( HNHM) . 1♂, 1♀, Tunusie ( MHNG) . 1♂, 2♀♀, Aian (= Ain) Draham ( MHNG) .

DiStribution: According to Assing (2005), this species is widespread in northwest Africa, from Algeria to Libya and Sicily. Thus, L. densiventre is here reported from Italian mainland for the first time.
