Comments: This species is limited to the southeastern portion of Minnesota.
Subgenus Melandrena Pérez
Taxonomy: Bouseman &LaBerge (1978).Recently, Pisanty et al. (2022) synonymized Tylandrena under Melandrena . Three species ( A. erythrogaster , A. perplexa , and A. wilmattae ) were formerly included in Tylandrena .
