4 Anal ring transversely elliptical, situated between division of anal lobes and abdominal segment VIII. Many setae on abdomen and head margin longer and conspicuously thicker than other short slender setae. Notch at apex of lobes short and barely perceptible, inner apical edges of lobes not divergent.... lapollai sp. nov.

– Anal ring round to triangular, variously placed, always within area of anal lobes, even when at their base. Setae on abdomen and head margin all slender; long, stout setae absent. Notch at apex of abdomen more pronounced, inner apical edges of lobes divergent....................... 5

5 Second antennal segment 85–95 M m long, terminal segment with almost parallel sides, 75–80 M m long. Dorsal and ventral inner margins of anal lobes not clearly defined. Each anal lobe with about 30–35 dorsal setae. Anal ring situated about midway between base of anal lobes and base of notch between anal lobes.... iwokramae sp. nov.

– Second antennal segment 168–185 M m long, terminal segment bulbous, about 50 M m long. Dorsal and ventral inner edges of anal lobes clearly defined, each anal lobe with about 50 dorsal setae. Anal ring situated near base of anal lobes.. trinidadensis (Beardsley) View in CoL
