Diagnosis. Recognized by the small sized, total length 1.75–2.25 (male), 1.85–2.00 (female); general coloration light green, legs and antennae greenish yellow; dorsum with sericeous setae; femora without dark spots, tibial spines black with black bases.

Male genitalia (Figs. 118–123 in Drapolyuk, 1982): Endosoma S-shaped, with two small toothlike apical spicules, without membrane, econdary gonopore invisible; left paramere boat shaped; right paramere lanceolate; phallotheca curving at middle, attenuated apically.

Host plants. Tamarix sp. ( Tamaricaceae ) ( Drapolyuk, 1982).

Distribution. China (Xinjiang) ( Konstantinov et al. 2013), Kazakhstan ( Drapolyuk, 1982), Uzbekistan ( Drapolyuk, 1982), Turkmenistan ( Drapolyuk, 1982).

Remarks. The species was first reported for China from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ( Konstantinov et al., 2013). We could not examine specimens of this species, and the diagnosis based on original description.
