4. Pteromicra Lioy, 1864 View in CoL View at ENA
( Fig. 67 View FIGURE 67 )
Pteromicra Lioy, 1864: 1012 View in CoL . Type species: Sciomyza glabricula Fallén, 1820 View in CoL (monotypy).
Dichrochira Hendel, 1901: 199 . Type species: Sciomyza glabricula Fallén, 1820 View in CoL (by designation of Steyskal, 1965).
Diagnosis. Small species with dark brown to shining black or black and yellow body. Anterior orbital seta often short or missing, gena narrow. Frons entirely shining. Propleural seta rather weak but distinct. Wing hyaline, narrowed in some species. For additional details see Rozkošný (1987).
Remarks. Of the 18 known species, 6 are Palearctic, and only 1 of them, Pteromicra leucodactyla (Hendel, 1913) [= Hendel, 1913b], is known from the Oriental Region; it also is the only species of Pteromicra recorded from China ( Knutson 1977). The type locality of P. leucodactyla is Taiwan. We did not find any additional specimens of Pteromicra leucodactyla during our study.
