Paraeumigus escalerai (Bolivar, 1912) 

Material examined. Morocco, Msuda de Haha à Mtonga, 18 ♂, 7 ♀ syntypes; El Glaui, 1 ♂; Temrilt, 1 ♂; High Atlas, Plateau Kik, 1 ♂; Utanga, 1 ♂ (MNCN).

This species is characterized by a raised pronotum with evident central and lateral keels, continued on the abdomen ( Figs. 125View FIGURES 123 – 148. 123 – 145, 154View FIGURES 149 – 160). The phallic complex shows short apex of aedeagus valves, that are moderately wide; the basal part, which is rather narrow, shows 3 columnar keels per side ( Fig. 126View FIGURES 123 – 148. 123 – 145). Its distribution covers Middle and High Atlas.
