Body length: 5.2–5.6 male, 5.6– 6 female.
Description: Vertex with 7 pale yellowish marks on anterior half above eyes (6 at margin form rectangle shape, 2 tiny spots on middle), and 10 on posterior half below eyes, 2 on each side touching margin of eyes, 4 (2 large and 2 small) lateral of whitish median line, and 2 in between. Mesonotum with 6 whitish marks (2 large medially, 2 median size laterally, and 2 small below pronotum margin). Scutellum with 3 whitish marks at its corners, and 2 large fused spots on center. Forewing with regular white spots at both claval margins ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Frontoclypeus width almost equal to gena width directly below eyes. Lorum widely separated from genal margin ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Pronotum with posterior margin almost straight ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Forewing with regular white spots at both claval margins ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ).
Male genitalia: Anal tube shorter than pygofer in lateral view. Pygofer brownish, with dark brown at lateral margin, with several scattered macrosetae posteriorly, side lobes broad, without processes, with membranous area covered with short setae ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 5–18 ). Subgenital plate triangular, elongate, with uniseriate row of macrosetae laterally, and without scattered macrosetae at apical half ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 5–18 ). Style with weak preapical lobe ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 5–18 ). Aedeagus curved, with narrow and curved laterally ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5–18 ).
Female genitalia: In addition to generic characters: Female 7 th sternite with sinuous hind margin with small notch in middle ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 5–18 ).

Distribution. Saudi Arabia (present study) ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19–21. 19 ).
Diagnosis. This species is similar to P. brevis Gnezdilov, 2020 comb. n. but can easily be distinguished with the following characters: Vertex pale yellowish with 17 marks. Forewing with regular white spots at both claval margins ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Pygofer without dense tufts of moderate setae, without processes ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 5–18 ). Aedeagus curved, narrow and laterally curved ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5–18 ). Female 7 th sternite with hind margin sinuous with small notch in middle ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 5–18 ).
Etymology. The patronym honors the first author’s daughter, Juwayriya Saad El-Sonbati.
