Junior synonym of C. (Heterocentris) analis ( Fabricius, 1804) ( Michener 1954; Moure 1960).

Type data

This species was described based on a single male specimen collected by Wilmatte Cockerell on February 2, foraging on Duranta plumieri (Fabaceae) . The holotype ( Fig. 15 ) is currently housed at NMNH and has the following data label: 179a [?] [handwritten]\ Zamorano on Duranta [?] Feb 2 W. P. Ckll [handwritten]\ Centris durantae Ckll Type.
