= Thelypteris decurtata (Link) de la Sota, Lilloa View in CoL 36(1): 65. 1983.

Range: —Southeastern Brazil, adjacent Paraguay, Uruguay, northeastern Argentina; Bolivia (TA). Subsp. platensis (Weath.) de la Sota is found in northeastern Argentina.

Ecology: —Rare; terrestrial in humid forests, especially along streams; 1050 m.

Notes:— The Bolivian specimens are assigned to subsp. decurtata .
