Diagnosis. Mandibles white with a row of small teeth at apex ( Fig. 112 View FIGURES 103–112 ); flagellum dark brown, 0.8× as long as width of mesoscutum, F4 0.7× as long as wide, apex of clava pointed ( Figs 10 View FIGURES 7–12 , 59 View FIGURES 58–64 ); frons between scrobes and eyes and vertex with strong reticulation ( Figs 85 View FIGURES 84–91 , 112 View FIGURES 103–112 ); occipital margin with a sharp edge behind ocellar triangle ( Fig. 85 View FIGURES 84–91 ); mesoscutum and mesoscutellum with same colour and reticulation ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 31–36 ); mesoscutellum convex; dorsellum flat, smooth and shiny, posterior margin evenly rounded with a few small dents; fore wing with seven setae in apico-dorsal part of costal cell, completely hyaline ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7–12 ); fore and mid coxae yellowish-white ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7–12 ); gaster ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 31–36 ) 1.8× as long as wide; Gt 1 0.3× as long as length of gaster, dorsal surface smooth, posterior margin curved slightly forwards; Gt 6 0.1× as long as length of gaster with anterior part 1.9× as wide as width of posterior part, posterior margin straight with sharp edge.

Description (female holotype). Length 2.0 mm. Frons between scrobes and eyes and vertex with strong reticulation, scrobes smooth. Mandibles with a row of small teeth at apex. Occipital margin with a sharp edge behind ocellar triangle only. Dorsellum flat, smooth and shiny, posterior margin evenly rounded with a few small dents. Propodeal callus with eleven setae. Fore wing with seven setae on dorsal surface of submarginal vein; with 18 admarginal setae; costal cell with a row of 12 setae on ventral surface, apico-dorsal margin with seven setae; speculum distinct and closed below. Gaster long ovate; Gt 1 smooth and shiny without sculpture, remaining tergites with weak reticulation; Gt 1 with posterior margin curved slightly forwards, Gt 6 with posterior margin straight.

Colour. Head metallic green to greenish-blue. Mandibles white. Antennae with scape pale yellowish-brown, pedicel yellowish-brown, flagellum dark brown. Mesosoma black with metallic tinges. Fore and mid leg yellowish-white, hind leg with coxa black with metallic tinges, trochanter, tibia and tarsus yellowish-white, femur yellowish-brown. Gaster black with metallic purple tinges.
