Remarks. Genus only known from Brazil, up to date monospecific.

Relationship to host plant. Vagrants on the upper leaves, no apparent symptoms ( Flechtmann 2004a).

Remarks. Type species in the genus Moraesia . Only known from the type host/locality.

Type host plant status. Native herb, not endemic, widely distributed in all biomes and regions ( Flora do Brasil 2020) .

Relationship to host plant. Vagrants on the lower leaf surface, causing no apparent symptoms ( Navia & Flechtmann 2002).

Remarks. Type species in the genus Nasuchus . Only known from the type host/locality.

Type host plant status. Herbaceous , native palm, endemic, occurring in Mata Atlântica biome ( Flora do Brasil 2020) .

Additional host plant in Brazil. On Bactris gasipaes Kunth (Arecaceae) : Cantá (02°35’40.8”N, 60°29’10.51”W) ( Reis et al. 2012), Roraima.

Relationship to host plants. Vagrants, no symptoms were seen ( Reis et al. 2012). Remark. Only known from the type locality.

Type host plants status. Native palm tree, not endemic, occurring in Amazonia biome ( Vianna 2020f).

Additional host plant status. B. gasipaes —native palm, not endemic, occurring in Amazônia biome ( Lorenzi 2020a).
