Triancyra graptothoracalis Wang & Hu, 1992 View in CoL . Sinozoologia, 9: 318. Holotype: ♀, China: Hainan Island ( IZCAS).
Diagnosis. Ground colour lemon yellow with black marks; occipital carina complete; inter-ocellar line equal to ocellar-ocular distance; ventral half of mesopleuron, entire mesosternum and metapleuron black.
Material examined. Ha Tinh Province, Huong Son, Son Hong : 1♀ ( IEBR), 24.iv.2004, hand net, L. X. Truong leg. ; Dak Lak, Ea So NR: 1♂ ( IEBR), 12 0 55’93 N 108 0 37 '964E, 27.vi.2008, Malaise trap, H. T. Ngo leg. ; Ninh Binh Province, Trang An Landscape Complex : 1♀ ( IEBR), 22.vi.2017, hand net, N.T. Pham leg.
Distribution. Previously this species was known only from China (Hainan Island) ( Wang & Hu, 1992). These are the first records of this species from Vietnam.
