Diagnosis. Eye with distinct triangular emargination on posterior margin ( Figs. 1–3); female fronto-orbital plate black on 1/3 superior and yellow on 2/3 inferior; face well developed; gena narrow, with white pollen and piles, short and thick, more abundant inferiorly; arista bare. Pleuron with discreet polinosity, more accentuated on katepisternum; postpronotum bare; proepisternum with few short pile on anterior surface; proepimeron with short pile with very few cilia on 1/3 medial; meron bare; anatergum bare; katatergum bare; posterior spiracle with short pile on margin. Metasternum bare; metaepisternum pilose; metaepimeron bare. Legs with procoxa very short pilose on anterior surface; meso and meta coxae with apical piles on anterior surface; claws yellow on basal half and black on apical half. Wing pilose on margins, with subcostal cell brown; spurious vein with brown spot on medial 1/3. Male genitalia well sclerotized, very short to long postanal process arising from fused surstylar apodemes and projecting caudad between bases of surstyli.
