Diagnosis. Face 1/3 as long as eye width, yellow; frontal triangle yellow. Proepimeron yellow; scutum black except broadly yellow laterally; scutellum brown with yellow margins, black pilose; anepimeron black. Pro- and mesofemora yellow; metafemur brown except basal 1/3 yellow; pro- and mesotibiae yellow; metatibia brownish. Wing extensively bare; alula broader than cell BM appically, microtrichose. Abdomen with yellow maculae on 3 rd and 4 th terga broadly extending to lateral margin ( Fig. 29). Surstylus with pointed apex; postanal process not distinct; aedeagus enlarged, proeminent dorsally; superior lobe somewhat rounded ventrally with short dorsal extension, with scattered hairs and long setae along anteroventral margin, with small lobe posteriorly with hairs. Female genitalia: 9 th tergum with a semicircle black macula with a discret concavity anteriorly; epiproct as kidney form; cercus slender; hypoproct rounded, triangular posteriorly; 9 th sternum as in Fig. 105; three rounded spermatecae similar in size ( Figs. 104–106).

Length. Body 9.6–10.4 mm, wing 8.4–9.7 mm.
