Material examined: China: 11 exs., S-Gansu, N Chengxian, West Qinling Shan , 34°08'24"N, 105°46'43"E, 1750 m, moist valley with stream and ponds, meadow with Artemisia , 28.VII.2012, leg. Assing & Schülke (cAss, MNB); 1 , S-Gansu, N Chengxian, West Qinling Shan, 34°10'20"N, 105°42'19"E, 1830 m, stream valley with secondary deciduous forest, moist litter sifted, 29.VII.2012, leg. Assing (cAss) GoogleMaps .

Leptusa rougemonti was originally described based on three males from “ China, Shanxi, Nonwutai” ( PACE 1997 ). The above specimens represent the first records since the original description and the first records from Gansu .
