Remarks. The only report of this species ( Thouvenot 2007) was later to be determined to be a new species, Zammara guyanensis , and the reference was synonymized with the specimens listed by Sanborn (2020d) when Zammara guyanensis was erected ( Sanborn 2020d).

Distribution. Goemans (2016) showed the species is restricted to Colombia.
