Record as epibiont on cnidarians: The unidentified species of genus Ephelota were found on hydroid Eudendrium racemosum (Cavolini, 1785) in Ligurian Sea ( Bavestrello et al. 2008); on Tubularia sp. ( Riley & Katz 2001) and on Ectopleura sp. ( Tazioli & Di Camillo 2013).
