The MHNG collection contains one specimen in alcohol (MHNG-ARTO-14252). The specimen is in a glass vial inside a larger tube, and has a pin running the length of the body. A second small vial contains the gonopods and antenna. The data label has “Travancore Vattavadi” written on it and the identification label has “ ♂ type ” written on it, indicating that the specimen is the holotype.
