Distribution outside Iran. Azores, Canary Islands, Croatia, Egypt, Greece, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Morocco, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey. Cosmopolitan species.
