Regional distribution. Golestan, Guilan, Mazandaran ( Modarres Awal 1997). General distribution. South-Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Turkmenistan ( Mayor 2007) , Kazakhstan ( Kolov & Temreshev 2012), Iran.
Comments. Wheat, barley and lucerne are the host plants for C. ambiguus ( Modarres Awal 1997) .
