Austroppia petrohuensis (Hammer, 1962)

Material examined: Gobernador Costa: Stipa sp. (1), Alto Rio Senguer: Junellia patagonica (1). The species was recorded under grass steppe and shrub steppe.

Records in Argentina: Río Negro ( Fredes 2018).

Comments: the distribution of species is Neotropical ( Subías 2004, update 2018). First record for the province of Chubut.
