TYPE DEPOSITORY: Museums für Naturkunde, Berlin, Germany.
TYPE LOCALITY AND HABITAT: 3 km from Toachi, Pichincha, Ecuador, litter and soil on steep wall beside waterfall.
NOTE: the morphological characteristics provided in the original description of this species suggest that it could belong to a different genus, but they are not sufficient to indicate to which genus it belongs.
