Diagnosis. Coloration of crown, pronotum and scutellum ocher; pronotum dotted, without tubercles; forewings whitish, with dark line located between claval suture and radial vein, on basal part of wing. Male: aedeagus with pair of short sharp basal processes; paraphyses paired and long in base of aedeagus.

Female terminalia. Abdominal sternite VII, in ventral view ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 20 ), with lateral margins slightly convergent posteriorly, lateroposterior margins broadly rounded, and posterior margin with conspicuous median lobe; surface with scattered microsetae. Pygofer, in lateral view, slightly produced posteriorly; surface with scattered microsetae. First valvifers, in lateral view, longer than tall; with small spiniform processes on ventral region. First ovipositor valvulae, in lateral view, slightly broadened beyond basal curvature and then narrowing gradually toward apex; dorsal sculptured area formed by scale-like processes arranged in oblique lines; ventral sculptured area formed by scale-like irregular processes; apex acute ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 21 – 40 ), with denticles on dorsal margin. Second valvulae, in lateral view, broadened beyond basal curvature and then narrowing gradually toward apex; dorsal margin of blade bearing 78 to 84 continuous teeth, each tooth subtriangular, with denticles on anterior and posterior margins ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 41 – 60 ); some ducts extending toward base of teeth and toward apical blade portion; apex narrowly truncate, with denticles along entire margin ( Fig. 65 View FIGURES 61 – 80 ); without preapical ventral prominence.
