Distribution. China (Hainan), India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia ( Cai & He, 2002; Wilson et al., 2009).

Notes. Krishnankutty & Viraktamath (2008) redescribed this species in detail and illustrated male genitalia based on specimens from India. In China, Cai & He (2002) recorded the species from Hainan for the first time, but provided no descriptions or figures. We were not able to examine the specimens of Cai & He to confirm the Chinese distribution.
