Solanum moense Britton & Wilson View in CoL , Mem. Torr. Bot. Club 16: 101. 1920

Type: Cuba. Oriente: Camp La Gloria , south of Sierra Moa , 24-30 Dec 1910, J.A. Schafer 8125 (holotype, NY [ NY00111363 ] ; isotype, US [US-01047827, barcode US00027693]).

Distribution. Known only from a few collections in the Sierra de Moa in the eastern mountain ranges of Cuba.

Representative specimen. Cuba, Holguin, Herbario Flora de Cuba (HFC) 56400 (B).
