Description. Holotype ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 A). Male. Body 3.08 mm. LFW 2 mm.

Colour. Head castaneous, mesosoma and metasoma dark castaneous; pedicel, flagellum, palpi, wing venation and tarsi light castaneous; scape, tegula trochanters, femora and tibiae castaneous; mandible and coxae dark castaneous; wings hyaline.

Head ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 B, C). Head longer than wide, narrow in lateral view. Malar space shorter than vertex-ocellar line. Head with paralleled sides at malar space level. Mandible with three sharpened apical teeth, equally wide, lower margin straight, lowermost tooth longer than immediately upper one. Palpi filiform, cross-section cylindrical. Clypeus with median lobe angulate, outlined, median carina arched in lateral profile, complete, line-shaped in dorsal view, placed above torulus; lateral clypeal lobe absent. Distance between antennal foramina as long as antennal foramen. Antenna with conspicuous sub-erect, sparse, medium-sized pubescence; scape slightly curved, thickening distad; pedicel longer than wide, caliciform; flagellomeres long and caliciform. Eye small, rounded, glabrous, contour protuberant. Frons not foveolate, with frontal sulcus. First five antennomeres in ratio of about 2:1:1:1:1. Head 1.14 × as long as wide. Frons 1.66 × wider than eye height, and 0.68 × wider than head width. Ocelli-ocular line 1.5 × width of ocellar triangle. Vertex-ocular line 1.12 × eye height. Distance of posterior ocellus to vertex crest 3.0 × diameter of anterior ocellus. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle right; ocelli very small; ocellar triangle not compact, placed at middle of head; ocellar fovea absent. Temple profile divergent anterad in dorsal view; vertex straight, its corner angled; post-ocellar depression present. Hypostomal carina forming obtuse angle medially. Occipital carina low, ventral part incomplete.

Mesosoma ( Figs. 2 View FIGURE 2 A, B). Pronotal disc 0.68 × as long as wide. Anterior slope of pronotum in acute angle in lateral view. Pronotal collar not foveolate, median sulcus absent. Pronotal disc coriaceous, trapezoidal, side straight, anterior margin straight, with anterior corner rounded, posterior margin straight. Longitudinal pronotal sulcus absent. Propleuron with shallow, polished epicoxal sulcus. Pleurosternum without posterior elevation. Mesoscutum coriaceous, longer than mesoscutellum. Longitudinal mesoscutal sulcus absent. Notauli complete, shallow, narrow, polished convergent posteriorly. Parapsidal signum incomplete, shallow, parallel. Axilla polished, shallow. Mesoscuto-mesoscutellar suture inconspicuous. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow, fused with axilla, arched, not dilated at ends. Mesoscutellum as long as anterior width, coriaceous, not touching propodeal disc. Metanotum overlapping lateral region of mesoscutellum. Propodeal disc 0.73 × as long as wide medially, with central depression fused with propodeal triangular lateral depression; median carina incomplete; without longitudinal ridge between median and inner discal carinae; with sublateral and inner discal carina not fused anteriorly; sublateral carina absent; lateral carina absent; posterior carina absent; spiracle sickle-shaped and place laterally; posterior spine absent. Declivity of propodeum coriaceous, without median and lateral carina. Lateral surface of propodeum coriaceous, without upper carina, with posterior carina. Mesopleuron coriaceous, with acropleural sulcus continuous with mesopleural suture; posterior oblique sulcus absent; mesopleural suture absent. Preaxilla conspicuous.

Wings. Forewing with C cell very narrow and longitudinally folded; R cell as long as 1Cu; 1Rs+2M vein angulate; cu-a vein rounded; 2Cu vein absent; 2A vein absent; stigma sub-developed, distal margin truncate; r-rs + Rs vein slightly curved anterad, giving raise at distal margin of stigma. Hind wing with costal vein short; with three distal hamuli, evenly separated one to another.

Legs. Protibia short, 1.5 × first tarsomere length, with protibial spur long, longer than half length of first tarsomere. Metacoxa without dorsal and ventral expansions. Tarsi with tarsomeres I longer than others, tarsomeres cylindrical with short distal spines. Claws simple and sharpened, curved ventrad. Arolium simple, apex straight, slender.

Metasoma. Metasoma 1.46 × longer than wide. Tergite I polished, without lateral pilosity, lateral margin curved inward. Terga II–VI polished. Sterna I–VI polished, without lateral pilosity, posterior margin straight. Hypopygium ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 C) as long as wide, anterior margin unilobate, lateral margins straight and convergent posterad.

Genitalia ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 D, E). Paramere fully divided into two arms; dorsal arm of paramere as long as ventral one, club-shaped, basal margin narrow; ventral arm slender, apex sparsely hairy, inner margin straight. Basivolsela fully outlined from basiparamere, with sparse line of hairs. Cuspis bi-ramous; arms slightly indistinct, wide, with rounded apices, aligned with dorsal one. Aedeagus slender, with pair of apical lobes, apex aligned with paramere apex, lobes touching each other, apical margin angulate, lateral of margin of basal portion convex, apodemes parallel, base straight.
