Hosts: Diagramma labiosum Macleay, 1883 , Haemulidae , mother-in-law; Plectorhinchus chrysotaenia (Bleeker, 1855) , Haemulidae , yellow-striped sweet-lips.

Site: Intestine.

Localities: D. labiosum Heron Island (23°27’S, 151°55’E; July 1994 & July, 2001); Lizard Island (14°40’S, 145°28’E; Dec, 2000, June 2005, April, 2006). P. chrysotaenia, Lizard Island (14°40’S, 145°28’E; June 2005).

Prevalence: D. labiosum Heron Island 2 of 9 (22%), Lizard Island 4 of 9 (44%); P. chrysotaenia 1 or 4 (25%).

Voucher specimens: D. labiosum QM G223059–223065, BMNH 2006.11.8.149–155; P. chrysotaenia . QM G223066.
