Material examined. CHINA: 3 3, 2 Ƥ, Nalati, Xinyuan County (40°43ʹN, 124°46ʹE), Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, 1562 m, 6−7.viii.2007, leg. Xinpu Wang (genitalia slide Nos.: SYH11437 Ƥ, SYH11440 3, SYH11454 Ƥ).

Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 2 − 5 ). Wingspan 13.0−15.0 mm. This species can be easily distinguished from its congeners by the broad median process of the transtilla abruptly narrowed from the distal 1/3 to the pointed apex and the valva with a row of short, slender spines in the male genitalia ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 6 − 9 ); and by the corpus bursae without a sclerotized plate in the female genitalia (Fig. 12).

Distribution. China (Xinjiang), Europe.

Note. This species is recorded for the first time in China.
