Description. External morphology resembles S. congjianga sp. nov., but pronotum with two symmetrical lighter impressions and anterior margin yellow ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ).

Male abdominal apodemes not exceeding 3rd sternite ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ).

Male genitalia: Genitalia somewhat similar to those of S. congjianga sp. nov. Pygofer lobe with 3 macrosetae near dorso-caudal margin; dorsal appendage slim, not bifurcate. Subgenital plate robust, with 7 macrosetae in oblique row some distance from base and row of short rigid setae along upper margin; its apex broad and quadrate ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ). Style apex extremely long, preapical lobe small ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ). Aedeagus simple, with pair of short apical processes; preatrium small, expanded roundly in ventral view; dorsal apodeme large; gonopore apical, on ventral surface ( Figs 24, 25 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ). Connective large, Y-shaped with feebly sclerotized margin; central lobe well developed ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ).

Specimen examined. Holotype: 3, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Mt. Fanjing, 2-VIII-2001, coll. Zizhong Li.

Measurement. Male length 3.8 mm (including wing).

Remarks. This species is very similar to S. congjianga sp. nov., but can be distinguished by the aedeagus without basal atrial processes ( Figs 24, 25 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ) and the dorsal pygofer appendage not branched apically ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 19 – 25 ). Etymology. The species is named for the type locality: Mt. Fanjing.
