Comments

This species is an endemic of Crete and outside Crete, it was only recorded from Kahramanmaraş, Turkey by Kıyak (2002). Although it is plausible that this species lives in a wider area in the East Mediterranean region, lack of records from other East Mediterranean countries indicates otherwise. Hence the only record of this species outside Crete is doubtful and its confirmation is needed.
