Specimen examined:— TANINTHARYI. Dawei District: fide Aung et al. (2020: 83); Myeik District : 19 Feb 1927, Parker 2646 ( K) .

Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, southern Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina, southern China, Taiwan, southern Japan and western Malesia.

Notes:— We have followed Averyanov (2011: 29) among others in not recognizing E. ochobiensis as a distinct species.
