In the API 20NE system, positive reaction for nitrate reduction, hydrolysis of esculin and gelatin, β-galactosidase activity and utilization of Dglucose, Larabinose, Dmannose, N acetylglucosamine, Dmaltose, potassium gluconate, adipic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate and phenylacetic acid. In the API 20NE system, negative reaction for indole production, glucose fermentation, arginine dihydrolase, urease activity, oxidase activity and utilization of D-mannitol and capric acid.
