Material examined. BR, TO: Araguaína municipality, Escola de Medicina Veterinária e Zootecnia - EMVZ, Córrego Água Amarela, 08/X/2018, light sheet, MLS Rippel, TYS Orlando, TK Krolow, 1 male . Wanderlândia municipality, Assentamento Costa Rica, Balneário Águas Lindas (-06.86765, -047.94637), 239 m, 09-10/X/2018, Pennsylvania trap, MLS Rippel, TYS Orlando, TK Krolow, 1 male and 1 female GoogleMaps .

Measurements data. Male (n=2) forewing length: 7.2 mm; 7.8 mm. Female (n=1) forewing length: 9.6 mm.

Remarks. The size of the specimens examined is similar to previous studies ( Ribeiro-Ferreira & Froehlich 2001; Froehlich 2003; Ribeiro & Rafael 2009). The specimens collected in Wanderlândia differ in color tone ( Fig. 4A–B View FIGURE 4 ), light brown instead of dark brown, compared to the diagnosis provided by Ribeiro & Rafael (2009). However, the color pattern is the same in all specimens and agrees with the diagnosis of Ribeiro & Rafael (2009) and the original description of Ribeiro-Ferreira & Froehlich (2001). Also, these specimens do not appear to be teneral, which could explain the difference among the material. The egg is oval ( Fig. 4F View FIGURE 4 ), 0.28 x 0.22 mm, a common shape in Anacroneuria species. Additionally, we collected this material in an ecotonal area of Savanna and Amazon forest. This is also a new record from Tocantins state, Brazil ( Table 1 View TABLE 1 ).
