M a t e r i a l. Russia: Krasnojarsk Krai, Abacan ; 53̊43' N 31̊25' E, 23.07.1986, 1 ǫ (Gershenson) .

D i s t r i b u t i o n. Russia: (Primorsk Kraj, district Ussuriysk) ( Gershenson, 1988; Sinev, 2008); (Krasnojarsk Krai, Abakan).

D i a g n o s i s. Wingspan 13–14 mm. Head and thorax white dusted with yellowish coloration. Forewings pale yellow-whitish with well distinct black spot ( fig. 1, 1 View Fig ). Cilia greyish-fuscous, and pale yellow in the apical part. Hindwings and their cilia pale yellowwhitish.

Male genitalia ( fig. 1 View Fig , 2–4 View Fig View Fig View Fig ). Valva of nearly oval shape ( fig. 1 View Fig , 2 View Fig ). The arms of ventral plate almost as long as the length of valva ( fig. 1 View Fig , 3 View Fig ). Aedeagus more than twice as long as valva ( fig. 1 View Fig , 4 View Fig ).

Female genitalia ( fig. 1 View Fig , 5 View Fig , 6 View Fig ). Lobes of vaginal plate indistinct. Apophyses anterior shorter than apophyses posterior ( fig. 1 View Fig , 5 View Fig ). Signum of bursa copulatrix with many denticles ( fig. 1 View Fig , 6 View Fig ).

Remarks. This species can be recognized by its conspicuous forewing pattern with distinct black spot. Recorded from Krasnojarsk Krai (Siberia) for the first time.
