Examined material. 1 an. (MACN-In 40662).
Description. Shell width to 1.6 mm (up to 1.8 mm according to Zelaya & Geiger 2007); trochiform, delicate. Protoconch of 1 convex whorl; apex partially sunken. Teleoconch of up to 2.5 whorls, slightly convex in outline. Suture deep, slightly channeled. Surface white; sculptured with about 25 prosocline, strong axial ribs at
penultimate whorl and weak spiral cords. In addition, 2 stronger spiral cords delimiting selenizone. Umbilicus open. Operculum rounded, multispiral; pale brown, translucent.
