Fore tibia with 2 weak ad at basal 1/4 and 1/2, apically with 4 weak bristles; mid tibia with 1 strong ad at basal 1/5 and 1 ad at basal 1/2, 3–4 pd, apically with 3–4 bristles; hind tibia with 1 ad at basal 1/4, 3–4 pd, 4–5 pv, apically with 3–4 bristles. All tarsi with claws and weak pulvilli shorter than tarsomere 5. Relative lengths of tibia and 5 tarsomeres of legs LI 5.4: 2.8: 1.4: 1.0: 0.8: 0.8; LII 7.0: 3.8: 1.8: 1.2: 0.8: 0.8; LIII 8.0: 3.0: 2.2: 1.5: 1.0: 0.9. Specimens examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, China, Tibet, Dangxiong, Longren, 30°49′N, 91°33′E, 4209 m, 2013. VII. 30, X.Y. Liu. PARATYPE: 2♂, same as holotype.
Distribution. China (Tibet).
Remarks. The new species is similar to Diaphorus baheensis sp. nov. on the basis of the similar thin and long lateral epandrial lobe with 2 bristles at apex, but can be separated from the latter by the ventral lobe of surstylus thin and long, somewhat tapered at apex. In D. baheensis sp. nov., the ventral lobe of surstylus has an expanded apex, somewhat wide at base, but thin at the middle.
Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the locality of the holotype, Longren.
