4 PT: 2 Ƌ & 2 ♀ PHILIPPINES: Samar Island, Bobon (sea level), (from culture ‘ex. Zucht’ F. Hennemann, 2003) and 4 eggs [ BMNH (E) #844650-844654]. The Ƌ holotype is in ZSMC . There are 104 additional paratypes (53 Ƌ, 51 ♀ (not 50 as in description) & eggs) in NHMW (2 Ƌ, 2 ♀ & 4 eggs) , UPPC (2 Ƌ, 2 ♀ & 4 eggs), ZSMC (1 Ƌ, 2 ♀ & 4 eggs) also in P. E. Bragg (2 Ƌ, 2 ♀ & 2 eggs), O. Conle (25 Ƌ, 25 ♀) and F. Hennemann (21 Ƌ, 18 ♀ & unspecified number of eggs) Colls.
